Why does Moore hate the run game?

.....But what OC reveals anything about his QB like that? How about OC saying "I'm not going to get into that."
It was probably a mistake by Moore to say that publicly even if he was trying to make Dak look good.

Because now people will wonder if the reason the run game isn't happening is because Dak is audibling out of the run plays.

That's why I'm not quick to blame everything on Moore. Because there is proof, from Moore himself, that Dak changes the plays at the line a lot.

......and I'm not going to rake Dak under the coals but leave KMoore clean. KMoore is as much a fraud as Dak is claimed to be.

That's fine.

There's plenty of us here that are willing to speak the truth on Dak's skills and abilities as a QB. Everyone doesn't have to be on board with that lol

Dallas was killing it in run game but yet Moore like to air it out. Face it Dak is a Jag qb. Moore thinks Dak is Marino. I guess money talks.
Look at his predecessors and mentors. Scott Linehan, Jason Garrett.

Look at their history. The last time we ran the ball consistently with success was 2014 and. Also our 2 best seasons in recent memory. This team has a history of trying to make a square peg fit into a round hole. Dak is not Peyton Manning. He is not a prolific pocket passer. He is at his best when he uses his legs and rolls out. Actually to be honest he is at his best in the hurry up offense when Moore isn't calling WR screen passes and double reverses on first down. They need to figure this out. The Eagles dropping a game makes that loss Sunday hurt even more.

Both of those can be true, ya know?

They both could be bad.

I'd still like to see what Kellen can do with an actual talented QB. We've seen Dak under different OC's.

Still interchangeable......I'd still like to see what Dak can do with an actual experienced OC. We've seen enough of Kellen. Nothing seems to work for Kellen......Dak fault, Zeke fault, Amari fault. other teams know the scheme fault, Zuerlein fault, MM fault, Quinn D fault.......how much am I leaving out?

Listen, we know where you stand and we know where I stand.

I don't see any more reason to go back and forth here.

He didnt trust TP to get more carries.
Why they didn't run Davis more is beyond me.
Davis was killing it.

My opinion is that Dak’s mechanical limitations and also in being a non pro-set QB also limits the play calling. You need to be able to be just as potent dropping back from center as you are from shotgun when passing the ball. This creates a greater inability for the defense to guess run or pass from that position. Obviously you need balance, but shotgun is mostly pass whereas pro-set should not be easily diagnosable as a run or pass, and if you're limited to what you can do from that position (passing or run-wise), it becomes harder to mix it up. If Dak is changing run plays to pass, that means that runs are easily diagnosable.

Kellen is mid-league for experience at OC.
But I understand the sentiment.

They ran Davis and got down to around the 25 yard line but a holding on McGovern set the cowboys back, putting them in 1st and 20. Moore never stopped running the ball and mixing things up hell we put up 28 points on the packers more than they have given up all year.

So you think MM has no input standing next to KM?
There are reports he doesnt even understand the playbook. So no.

However. He should have reigned in boy wonder in the 4th and told him to run the ball. If they ran consistently in the 4th there wouldn't have been enough time for the come back.

In Jerry's words..."learn on the job"?

Kidding right? Hand the keys to the offense of the most valuable sports franchise on Earth.... to a failed NFL QB who barely ever coached before?

Still..."learning on the job". and not very well.

And ZERO points when it meant something and needed it most.

Romo could have won with Moore. You guys clearly haven’t watched guys like Lombardi in SD. Wait until Sean Payton gets that job.

No argument there, Dallas killed themselves we hit a big play and it gets wiped out due to penalty. I'm not giving the offense a bye but I do expect with a 14 point lead heading into the 4th qrt for the defense to make a stop. Offensively I would have an issue with playcalling if there actually was a situation where I disagreed with the play call but when I see big plays made getting called back that is not due to playcalling. Right now people are frustrated because the team lost and lashing out at anything but Dallas stayed with the run even in OT and yes they threw the ball and but anytime an offense is having to overcome penalties they make it harder on themselves
