Really? How do you know that Mike didnt tell him that his plan is to put Tyron back in his spot and move the rookie to G, which was the intention when they drafted him?
Dosent matter if he talked to Mike about it or not, he shouldn't be blabbing about it at all.

Wasn't dak supposed to only be out 4 weeks according to Dr Jerry? Wasn't Tyron just initially just a strain according to Dr. Jerry? Have you not heard McCarthy stay away from the questions regarding personnel while Coach Jerry is giving the game plan on the radio? Lmao
well apparently the Vikings werent listening to Jerry's game plan.

I wish our owner was quiet like the rams owner... I mean it helps them win so much more. Same with the Jags... I hardly ever hear from those guys.

yea, because I know that when anyone opens their mouth... they surely lose.

Hes to ugly to be champion... hes like a big ol' bear.

WE WILL WIN THE BALL GAME. you can put that in big font!
Nice to hear from Jethro’s biggest defender.

Guess you either don’t see how his meddling is dysfunctional creating the potential toxic culture or just your nature to defend anything under the Star?

Happy Thanksgiving Reid!

why? because you dont like it? Is it somehow going to help the Eagles game plan if they know Tyron will.... wait for the shocker... a healthy Tyron is gonna play TACKLE?

Now if Jerry spoiled the surprise that Tyron was going to play QB, than Id agree with you. Jerry out there giving out top secret info.

So, you approve of how our owner meddles and undermines the coaching staff?

You see his public antics as some kind of advantage the last 3 decades do you?

Please tell us all what purpose it serves for our owners public announcements as such?

Toxic culture... ask all those players how toxic the culture is. I know, I know... Im not in the local area getting to listen to you and the thousands in the Dallas area that hate Jerry and cant get enough things to complain about.

I just find it amusing how you think it is "Dysfunction," that causes us to lose games.

How is the culture in Pittsburgh right now? I mean they are as stable as it gets with a no nonsense coach and a team owner that keeps his mouth shut.

I seem to see something about a player Bit...... right now about the horrible predictable play calling the Steelers have. Strange to see their culture take a dump right after the QB retired.

What about New Orleans... I see a little dysfunction happening right now. Is it because of the owner running his mouth?
Seems like the Jets have a little bit of a "Toxic," culture happening right now with players liking tweets about the crappy QB play. Doesnt seem like much comradery happening in NY. Maybe the owner should stay quiet. By the way, who is the Jets owner? I want to know him when I see him opening his mouth about the Jets.

And a very Happy Thanksgiving to you.

Hes feeding the non stop inteerst in the Cowboys. WHO CARES. It does zip in regards to the team winning or losing games. BUT, it does feed your hatred of the guy that helped bring 3 SB titles. More than almost every owner in the league during that same span.

I always tell people that try to give me crap about us not winning a title in so long.

My response is, yep, we havent won a SB in like 72 years, and yet your team is still 3 SB wins behind Dallas.

We really don’t know what effects it could have on the culture of our football organization.

We do know our dysfunctional owner undermines the coaching staff which could impact wins and losses on the field .

I suppose you will give this owner a pass for life because of the early success he had with Jimmy built teams .

Sad you can’t relish Cowboys history without calling out our greatest obstacle this era in winning more.

Funny... you say stop giving him a pass for the past wins... do the same for Bill Belichek. Since Brady left, his teams are JAG. Not bad, not horrible.... low end playoff caliber, but no way in hell going to win a title. Kind of like the Cowboys. no? Yet how long does Billy Boy get a pass? FOREVER, thats how long Billy will get a pass.

So will Landry and Jimmy.

Kraft? Probably not.

The difference in those other cities is they have the ability to finally get it right.

Remember despite our illustrious history , even with this owner, we are one of only 3 teams this era to not make a NFC championship game and 1 of 4 to not make a Super Bowl.

Agree. Erik Williams was a beast and the best LT if his time, until he wasn’t. At that point he had to resort to holding & tripping.
I think he meant he didn't want them messing with the chemistry of the O-line, not that Tyron wouldn't play well.

Just when the OL has played their best game he's ready to shake things up.
Not a good thing, since the kid has done an outstanding job at the LT position! Personally, I would like to see Tyler stay at the LT spot and have Tyron jump into the LG spot, I think it would be less stress on his aging body.

Tyler is a stud. He will be elite at guard until he takes the full time job away from Tyron. I'm not worried in the least about this slowing his development at left tackle. Put your best five out there and lets go!
