Running Back next draft

I want speed guys like Sean Tucker or Devon Achane. I’d take Robinson or Gibbs in the second round, but there’s no way we should use a 1st round pick on a RB. That position isn’t durable enough to waste a premium pick on
We have a speed back. We need a power back.

Yeah, I’m a big Sean Tucker fan. Quick feet which is what you need working through line, good acceleration, and has been utilized a lot as a receiver at Syracuse.

I would also point out Tucker is really adept with running from the draw which Kellen Moore loves to do.

With all that said, I don’t know how wise it is to draft a guy that looks like he’s 35 years old already. Felix Jones suffered from the same thing.

Tucker is a stud, but can’t be drafting 35 year olds.

Add Kendre Miller to my list, he looking like a favorite for me.

Robinson too high a pick for Dallas . You look at the Cowboys having to go out sign Peters at 40 yrs old then go out and have to grab a Hankins to yet again bolster DT I say the top of the Cowboys draft should be O and D line. .

If you invest in a running back 3rd or 4th round you can find the right fit to give you carries and home run potential . Evans has better tape as a TCU frog when Patterson was shown the door Evans trans to Ole Miss this year.

top 3 picks should be

DT
OL (OT or OG depending on where Smith plays)
CB

Thoughts on Chase Brown from Illinois?

I'd love him to be on roster! But I think he may be that 2nd back type. Not sure about the lead back in the NFL. Does catch the ball well. Tough kid. We will miss him for sure at Illinois.

Need a clone of Packers AJ Dillon (6-0, 250) to pair with Pollard.

Dillon is a near guarantee to get 3 yards.
Utah RB Tavion Thomas (6'2 238)...not quite Dillon, but he offers more versatility tho in a big RB.
