If you are suggesting OBJ is not going to be in any condition to help Dallas in the regular season, I agree. This is a revision of the same knee. I just wonder if he will be of any value before next season.

He should be ready....I'm sure they have him checked out and put him some drills.
He needs at least 4 games to get timing and ready for the playoffs. That should be Dec.17..

From the timeline X has put out on Beckham, he would have to recover faster than the last time to help Dallas. Amazing there is little apprehension of Dallas part to sign ODB due to time constraints, 2nd ACL in three years, age and price tag. Starting to seem like desperation.

Yes. OBJ is a complete non factor this year. He would just be a name. I don't care who signs him. Next year who knows but I don't have much interest in his diva attitude and injury history. If the help can't come until next year I have an entire offseason of other options.

One year cap friendly contract to prove you still have it after those injuries… come on board! I know that’s what he was trying last year, but it is what it is, you got hurt again. Don’t expect teams to pony up. Prove yourself on the contending team you pick and bank next year. Trying to get a cap killing contract right now only makes me think he knows it may be over.

He doesn't want that.

I feel he can look ready/healthy in a workout, but a game is a much different ready/healthy. I’d guess Gallop’s experience was the same.

Although, I don’t care. Just sign him. The upside is there. And I’m not sure there is a downside if the contract is right.

Nobody knows the answer to this question. You can only speculate.
Look at Gallup. He's just now getting back to form, and he tore his much longer ago than Beckham.

It'll be next year before he's truly ready, if ever.
