Who do you prefer to start going forward this season?

Daron has been playing nickel and I've noticed a drop in his play or exposure...pff has him:
Targeted: 31
Receptions Allowed: 27
Also, Bland hasn't stepped up in the run game as nickel backs have to do.

For Kelvin to get on the field AB would have to move to the nickel spot where he has played well in the past...allowing KJ to man the outside CB opposite Diggs. Pff has KJ:
Targeted: 6
Receptions Allowed: 4
Joseph can make some bonehead plays and has struggled to get on the field.

Honestly I'd rather start Joseph on the outside. Sometimes you just have to let guys play so you can see what they really have in them.

Could be true. Bennet seemed like that. Played better with the Bears than us.

It's probably much more true of the bad attitude guys who tend to feel disrespected if they don't get to start.

Targeted/Allowed is not a great stat. Deion would have been 0/0 in some games...

Targeted as a percent of snaps played:
KJ: 5/58 (targeted 8.6% of snaps)

DB: 21/250 (targeted 8.4% of snaps)

I guess KJ. Bland belongs close to the LOS where he can utilize his tackling. Would rather throw KJ on the outside and see if he sinks or swim. want to go into the off-season knowing for sure if CB is a top priority or not.

It's hard to play well here when you have a tight end ahead of you holding your head below the water, so to speak.

27 catches on 31 targets is nuts though
