Philly had only 3 penalties in GB game

Holding is super subjective. Dallas has finished top 7 in holds every season since 2015. Except for two years, when the QB was out for the season and it didn’t matter, suddenly the team became super disciplined and finished at the very bottom of the league in holding calls. I’m sure this is all a coincidence.

Either that or Dak holds the ball too long

And I don't think there were any on the offense. This is a huge difference between us and them. They don't have to overcome any penalties once they have the ball. We have 8-12 every game we have to overcome. This will be our downfall in the playoffs. Wait and see....

They don't turn the ball over much either.

Lets see.....50 running plays X 5 offensive linemen. Thats 250 perfectly executed blocks without a single hook, arm bar or hand placement beyond the rule. Or ...a group of officials who let the guys play football. I have no beef with that. Its just that we get the pickiest, ticky tack set of refs every week. You CANNOT tell me that we aren't executing, but somehow the Eagles can throw a no-hitter literally every week. There's definitely a different approach to calling a game when we are playing.

Zero consistency. Remember the year we were LEADING the league in QB pressures and didn't draw a single hold against opposing offenses for like TEN GAMES?

That doesn't happen, but if we talk about it we are crazy conspiracy theorists.

Seriously, what are the odds of that happening?

It’s amazing that back in the 90’s, the refs weren’t screwing the Cowboys when the Cowboys actually had someone who knew how to build and run a championship team.
Isn’t it?

Well they played the Packers who you all say never get called for penalties because Rodgers is their BFF, right? Packers had 4 penalties last night. So now are y'all going to add Philly to the list of the refs favorites all with the purpose of screwing the regularly disciplined Cowboys team who just get wronged at every possible turn by the big bad ref boogeymen?

If they played the Packers on Lambeau, do you really believe the Eagles would have only 3 penalties??

Add that to Hurts has only thrown 3-4 interceptions and it's no wonder they have lost only one game. Simply put, they don't beat themselves.

For the last couple of years, the Cowboys just have been terrible with penalties.

I still remember back in 2016 when Green Bay went something like 8 1/2 straight games without ONE offensive line holding penalty being called against them.....defies logic. We watched them at AT&T pull our nose tackle to the ground on the infamous QB scramble and 35-40 yard completion to the TE on the sideline.....right in front of a referee....nothing.

Well...I've seen them play other teams and they rack up double digit penalties.

Just looked it up. Wash and Philly kinda middle of the road teams. We just are horribly undisciplined though, as we are next to last...which reflects on coaching, the intelligence of the players we draft, and the tolerance that we allow players to get away with whatever without being held accountable by coaches or team leaders.

Penalties shouldn't be an excuse though...as some of the least penalized teams are houston, Atlanta, rams, bears, indy, etc....and that doesn't help THEM too much

One of my gifts in life is I can actually dictate how the Cowboys game is going and I can legitimately call if there is about to be a flag thrown to slow us down. I'm not kidding when I say I've had friends watching a game with me thinking I cheated when I say "here comes a holding call" and it happens 1 to 2 plays later. I actually remember in the game thread during the Packers game I said to "watch for a hold on this drive" in OT.
PM me before some of the big ones happen so I can leave the room.

No. It isn’t amazing.
