Why would anyone want to argue for another team? That's weirdo behavior. I really don't understand this beacon of justice and integrity role you've assumed (unless you're defending something I want to be right about of course)

It's truth in the face of whining. Why would anyone want to argue another calmly stating what they saw happen except for the fact that it's probably contrary to what they wanted to see happen? I'm free to have my truth and others are free to have their slant. Paths pretty much only cross when others don't get their slant co-signed and massaged and they get mad. Don't shoot the messenger. Yep. Exactly what I saw as well. If the heel went down before the second foot touched down— I can see no catch.

But right toe down, left toe down, left heel out should be a catch. They will probably change the rule in the offseason because 42 million people saw it lol

Micrometer checks coming in the future. Shoes will contain radioisotopes and endzone lines will have infrared capable of measuring to the micron.

I’ve seen people continue to argue back and forth that this was a catch. The rule is stupid, but by definition it was not a catch. Posting the rule below:







“Scenario: A player is facing towards the LOS/QB and moving backwards to make the catch at the out of bounds line. They get their toes down, but their heel continues down and hits out of bounds. No, this is not a dragging the toes scenario.







Ruling: It's incomplete. It's not the same as "dragging" the toes. It would be ruled as finishing a step.”

Again, terrible rule but still a no-catch by definition.

It's calling out the hypocrisy of those whining about calls and talking about things like integrity of the game, etc. The fact that many here whining about the Lamb call would laud the call if the roles were reversed shows how silly and sad their stance here is on the Lamb catch.

And that's fine.

But it's quite telling that the majority here who think the rule sucks and is unfair wouldn't have a problem with the rule if AJ Brown had caught a TD against us in the same manner Lamb and he was ruled out. Then suddenly it would be a good rule and it was Eagles fans acting like babies lamenting the ruling.

The rule applies in either direction. It's just that in one direction it's almost physically impossible to be an issue.
Going the other direction, heel then toe is the same thing.

i was talking to marcus. but to your point who cares? the call didn't even have an impact on the game overall, so the arguments are genuine. but i'd much rather have a group that's hypocritical to our benefit than a couple of hall monitors policing fans for the sake of other teams lol.

Policing fans? Nah, that's y'all's thing in trying to define how a "proper fan" is supposed to fan for their team including espousing slant and lies to do it. It's as he said in calling out whiny batches trying to manufacture any excuse for why the Cowboys are victims. When people present evidence of that not being the case then they get all mad. Why do they care? Again, we're just posting like they are. Unless they're upset they can't overcome what's posted. Not my problem. It's revealing more than anything else.
