Different era. College coaches have total control. NIL has added a free agency type aspect to college football now, but still nothing like the NFL.

Moore is probably the next HC and if Moore is hired away and McCarthy for some unknown reason isnt back with us look at Mike Tomlin if hes fired and he can run a 4-3 or 3-4

There is literally no reason that he shouldn't at least get an interview.

You don’t recruit players in the NFL. How is this even close to being the same? TCU has the benefit of being in a hot bed of football in the DFW area and big money from B12 TV contracts.
