Not sure Jerry will fire MM even after a one and done . it would mean Jerry made another mistake in hiring MM after the 10 years wasted with Garrett . Plus it would mean he has to pay off the Mm and his staff .

He developed this unknown kid named Tony Romo. Perhaps Sean can do something with Dak and Sean will call plays and be the OC.​

Anyone who thinks Dak is "it" needs to go to fantasy land. He has proven to be inconistent and often fails in the clutch. I already saw that in him after three years. I have known he will not take this team over the top.

Great QB's make a team better.They motivate the players,

To win a championship you need a Heisman winner Staubach or a great college QB like Aikman.

A weak armed Danny White and a slow -footed Romo cannot win the big one. End of 4th rounder Dak simply lacks the talent to be consistent all the time. Why was he not drafted higher? Proven not to be "it." I am done with Dak.

McCarthy is also a terrible motivator. This team has been fading fast.

Dak was garbage today, for sure. But he hasn't been the problem this year. He may be the critical problem in the playoffs, but QB hasn't been the year-long issue. This team was built to lose this year and it's obvious.
