Again, I don’t really care if you choose to believe football talking heads or not. If you’re asking if I believe I have more insight than some of those talking heads then yes, I believe it do. I believe many other posters here do as well. Many of said people have IQs a standard deviation below the mean and only ended up in a suit on TV because they can run fast and jump high.

By the way...I haven't said a single word about the talent level on this team. I just don't share your reverence to the talking heads.
 
If that happens Moore has to go and whomever they hire needs to bring in WR’s. The Gallup contract (as I said in the offseason) looks horrific as well. It’s time to change this thing up. It’s the only thing that hasn’t changed in 15 years.

Sean Payton cannot turn this team into winners if Dak is playing QB. Payton was successful because he had Drew Brees playing QB. Both were smart, they knew what the other was trying to run on offense. Imagine Payton calling a play and Dak not being able to read a defense. As long as Dak is the QB any offensive coordinator will be handcuffed.

Today, I saw Howell look to the left hold the defender and throwing deep right. He did this couple times on his deep throws. Dak didn't do that one time. Just stared down his primary receiver most times. Dak is either stupid or dumb.
 
If they are one and done, you blow up the entire coaching staff. Yes, even Moore and Quinn. You start over. You have only one shot to redeem Dak, if that's even possible. You are tied to him for a few more seasons so bring in a young, innovative offensive mind and just start over.

Also, Jerry, you dumb monkey butt, re-prioritize your positions. Running backs don't matter. Defensive tackles do. You can find running backs anywhere. You've tried to cheap it at DT for years and what has that gotten you?

It would be insane to change yet another coaching staff when the QB is the obvious hindrance to this team.

He has been here 7 years. Has 1 playoff win.

the cowboys front office didn’t even try to make the team better this year.

I know it seems like so long ago and many people forget what the off season was like due to how the regular season has gone.


however, the same issues people were pointing out in the off season that the front office was failing to address, are the same ones causing problems now.

If and when the cowboys lose in the playoffs it will likely be due to those issues. Horrible DT play, complete lack of LB depth, receivers not named Lamb who can’t get open and drop passes. OL depth issues, etc.


This shouldn’t be shocking at all. The cowboys FO refuses to ever go “all in” and risk the future to win now. Even though some of us have been clamoring for it and multiple teams have won championships that way in recent history.
