I had no idea the NFLPA had created an All-Pro recognition award separate from the writers.
Going foward - if will be interesting to compare the selection differences between the two groups.

You know...Sunday aside, I don't see how anyone can have Turpin in the pro-bowl, let alone an all pro

I get the extra attention playing in Dallas and being the USFL MVP

But 0 TD returns...admittedley, TDs aren't everything, but 0 TD returns

His 10.4 yards per PR ranks him about 9th (he has 29 returns and I only included 18+ returns)

His 24.2 yards per KR ranks him about 13th (he has 21 returns and I only included 15+ returns)

At this moment, he's pedestrian at best. Maybe he'll improve...I don't know, but he's nothing more than average

Not much competition. Between rule changes and guys just getting better at kicking, kick/punt returns have been slowly faded out of the game.

I am definitely NOT sold on Turpin as a matter of fact I have concerns that he can even catch the ball especially when there is pressure around him. Tupin has dropped two this year and they were when he was stationary and not on the move.

Seriously.. He had a nice first half of the season..but the 2nd half has not been good at all. Indecisiveness on KR and PR...fumbling. There isnt an honest fan that watches that cant say they arent a little worried everytime hes about to catch a punt or kick. Hes had a few muffed balls this season.
