The NFL just has to think $ $ $ every second don't they, lol. No thought to the players or teams. So the winner of the DALLAS/TB game may have to play again as early as next Sat afternoon - how is that fair to them?

We already covered that earlier this week. The NFL is stupid but not that stupid. The winner will play on Sunday.

I still don't think it's fair to whomever wins. But I understand the business of Monday night football with Cowboys and Brady too.

Correct.

If the seeds hold, that means all the scumbags in Philly need to do to make the NFCCG is beat a team coming in on 6 days rest while they have two weeks.

It's complete and total BS.
As it has been all season, Philly gets every possible break possible. Regular season schedule basically assured them of the best record. If they don't make Super Bowl it will be a huge failure on their part.

Think everyone sayin it’ll be Sunday no matter what
The 4-5 seed game is the best match-up this week so you feature it last (Monday).

If you combine that with the 5th seed vs 4th seed game, it is guaranteed to produce a 4-5 seeded team winner where the 2-7 or 3-6 games could produce a 6th or 7th seed winner should the wildcard teams prevail.

It's the best way to guarantee a good match-up next Sunday as well, which is likely the higher viewership day in the division round.

The Rams won the first MNF playoff game and went on to win the SB. It's not ideal, but it's not impossible. That said, I don't like MNF for the playoffs.

They’re not about to make the winner of a Monday night playoff game play on Saturday.

Offsetting that perhaps is that we have 3 starters coming back from injury so maybe the extra day this week helps us.

Plus with an extra day for Moore and McCarthy to brainstorm our offense should be unstoppable
