I think he's generally speaking. When you have a team you let the coaches and QB lead. Jerry's structure doesn't allow for that.

If your offensive and defensive line are better then the people across from them, you can run whatever the hell you want, anyway you want. In that sense, football is the exact same games it's always been. Cowboys know that. The Cowboys are basically telling the other team to beat them straight up. It's now worked 13 times. Talent up front wins and for the rest of time will always win. We have that. Gimmick teams don't.
