Dak did what Romo couldn't do: Win a road playoff game and very convincingly at that. But can McCarthy finally get the 26 year monkey off our back and win a div playoff game? You'll be surprised at my opinion.

I think we're gonna win Sunday. This is not sarcasm or anything but my opinion. I think somehow, we win Sunday and finally make it to an NFC championship game (remember those?). My brother has talked me into how Brock Purdy's magical run is coming to a close because defensive coordinators have enough video to study and will be able to game plan more effectively. We'll see what happens and it will really hinge on a) will SF's def stop the run and b) will Dak play like elite Dak or playoff Romo.

I am reminded that even if we win Sunday and finally get back to the conf championship, that the fuhrer is still the biggest GM failure in the history of football. He has had 26 tries at assembling a roster to make it to the NFC championship in the salary cap era, and he couldn't ever do it.

Same here, it’s been since the 90s since I got butterflies in my stomach before a Cowboys game. during their three Super Bowls in the 90s, my butterflies had butterflies.

Romo had his road playoff win wrapped up neatly in 2007 at Seattle, but when he went to put the bow on it, he fumbled the snap, sending Bill Parcells into retirement.

No I remember and we would have scored but there was almost five min left and all GB needed was a field goal. People act like the was 30 seconds left in the game. But that is why Dak > Romo cause he can win a road playoff game.

We SHOULD beat the 49ers and make a rookie QB look bad. Our biggest obstacle will be the Eagles and whoever we face in the Super Bowl.

I don't see anything Dak hater about his post. More like someone tired of everything - good or bad - being 100% about the QB. You've said yourself that it is a team game.

Romo never played half as well as Dak did in the playoffs. Team game and all, but the fact remains.
