We have no real chance at either of these 2.

I’d obviously take either 1 of them. Ignoring those 2 and playing your game, I’d go Porter, Voorhees, and Duncan. The reason for heavy O Line is McGovern being a free agent and the uncertainty of Tyron and Steele.

The Cowboys have to put someone competent opposite of Diggs, if not, the defense can play lights out and teams will just attack that glaring weak spot whenever they have to have a play.

I agree with most of the players you list they should look at however based on what just happened I think they go heavy explosive skill types. I don't see any TE or RB listed. I think they are in play along with WR.

I’d love for Dallas to find a way to get Devon Witherspoon to put opposite Diggs. My favorite corner in this draft. I love the way he plays.

I had the choices all in rows and it was easier to read but when I posted this it jumbled everything together. It is supposed to be 1 from each category- won't be there, likely the choice, and would hate the pick. If Tyron stays for his last year I think all they need is one LG but with the way the lineman get injured year in and year out I don't disagree with making multiple picks on the line.

I think they will draft a TE but it will be a 4th or 5th rounder. I think they like what they have in Ferguson and Hendershot. Pollard will most likely be tagged this year for around 10 million for the one tag year. They are going to want to see if he can repeat his production with increased workload especially after his injury. I think a back like Alexander Mattison from the Vikings would be a cheap compliment to Pollard and would only cost 3-5 mil a year with low tread on the tires.

I have Witherspoon as my 3rd corner behind Porter and Gonzalez and I think he will go top 20 if he fell to 26 I wouldn't hate that pick at all. I also think they spend bigger than we're used to in FA and CB will be the big acquisition. After what happened with CB2 this year they are gonna want a vet; just my opinion.

Yeah, unfortunately, he will likely be gone before 26. If he falls a little, I’d go up and get him… but the team rarely makes a move up like that. IMO, Witherspoon would be worth it. His attitude and skill is just what the Dallas secondary needs. Toughness, hitting, aggression… all things I want on the Dallas defense.

I’d take Witherspoon over Porter, and maybe even Gonzales because he’s just such a good football player. He’s exactly what an NFL corner should be. Gonzales is going to be good too though, and physically, he’s just what you want. I’m not sure on Porter. He is built for corner in the NFL with prototypical size, but I’m not crazy about his game though.

He can tackle I'll give him that but he is one of the slightest built CB's in the draft at 180. If he could put on 10-15lbs of good weight without losing anything speed wise he would probably be top of the list.

He is a little slightly built… but he damn sure doesn’t play that way. Not in tackling, nor in coverage. He is the kind of guy that WR’s just hate playing against.

And I think you’re right… if he was just a little thicker, he’d be the draft’s CB1 for sure (even though he is my CB1 anyway).

As it stands right now all of your “likely the choice” options in the 1st look viable.

I can’t wait to see how Rice tests. From what I’ve seen and read dude is a stud.

He does it all. Led college football in PFF grading. He brings the wood when tackling and is terrific in coverage.

By the time the draft rolls around I think Rashee will have cemented a first round grade. I expect him to show out at the Senior Bowl and run a very good 40. He may be the most Cowboys esch receiver of the whole bunch this year. They really like wideouts that can play multiple spots, not just slot receiver like a good majority of the top prospects in this draft. If I had to pick a favorite to be drafted by Dallas this early I would say Rashee Rice followed closely by Drew Sanders.
