Of course Dak is part of the problem. But the main problem is Jerry Jones and his idiot son. Without a competent GM putting the pieces together and deciding who to sign and who to let go, it doesn't matter who the OC might be. Don't buy into the sacrificial lamb Jerry creates every off season to deflect criticism away from himself and sell the fans more hopium.
