Now take that 10 seconds and google how much muscle weight it’s humanly possible to add in a month. Unless Hollywood was eating nothing but cheeseburgers and milkshakes and gained sloppy weight I can promise you he didn’t add 20 pounds in 2 months. That’s actually a ridiculous thing to even say. They do, it’s just not something we read about often. In 10 seconds of a Google search I just read Hollywood Brown gained 20 pounds in 2 months to get bigger for the NFL.
We’re talking about less than that. It’s really not that difficult to do while maintaining athleticism.
Donte is a good comp…the others were in the 180s as prospects so probably bumped up since then.Donte Jackson

Why does it have to be a month? Dude will have plenty of time to add quality size. I gave a quick example of a smaller NfL athlete that bulked up and has remained explosive. We’re also talking about someone 6’1 and not 5’9.Now take that 10 seconds and google how much muscle weight it’s humanly possible to add in a month. I like Forbes game (more than Banks). If he won't break in half in the NFL I'm cool with him@stilltheguru
Merton Hanks played very well at 6-2 180… and he played safety.
He was very thin.
It can be done IMO
I’m not going to lie… I wish he was about 10 pounds heavier… but he guy is such an instinctual, good player.I like Forbes game (more than Banks). If he won't break in half in the NFL I'm cool with him

Take the corner w size :dame:I like Forbes game (more than Banks). If he won't break in half in the NFL I'm cool with him
You'd pass on Lattimore, Ward, etc?Take the corner w size :dame:
Nah but im taking Banks and Forbes are neck and neck to me with Banks’ size giving me the edgeYou'd pass on Lattimore, Ward, etc?
I agree. I’d lean Banks but think he’ll be gone before we pick:Nah but im taking Banks and Forbes are neck and neck to me with Banks’ size giving me the edge
Which is why I’d take Forbes over Ringo without hesitation…Speaking for myself, physical skills, size, etc are important… but first and foremost I want to see a guy that is good at playing football. That is line number 1 for me.
I’d rather have a guy like Forbes that has great eyes, instincts, aggression, and processing than a guy who is 15 pound heavier but doesn’t really have the mental part of the game.
A guy who isn’t a good player to begin with will bust a lot faster than the great player that is 10 pounds lighter than you want.
it might cause him 2 slide bigly. I want him but not at 26. He will be ready to play week 1, but not start yet. He needs to add weight and technique. He is better than Wright and its not even close. I just wouldn't use the 26th draft pick on a slightly built guy. He reminds me of Merten Hanks(niners cb) in the 90's. I LUV he knack and instincts..might be the best in the draft with his FB IQ/instincts. He's off the charts in that regard. He can be a lock down cb in like 3 years time.Guys naturally gain weight in their early to mid-20s but I have a hard time seeing him get to 180-185 lbs. His long speed is already in question so I’m not sure how 15 lbs would do him.
Yep, that’s what I’m saying.Which is why I’d take Forbes over Ringo without hesitation…
Dude is 6’1 - he can easily get to the 180s. Easily.
Your last sentence is the exact reason you draft him at 26 if you like him…it might cause him 2 slide bigly. I want him but not at 26. He will be ready to play week 1, but not start yet. Witherspoon might slide due to size too. You never know.Yep, that’s what I’m saying.
It is also why I want Witherspoon on the Cowboys so bad. The guy is going to be great.
