Live look at the press conference held by Irvin's team. Video is expected to be shown. What's interesting already is before the press conference starts they have a video snippet up on the screen that says it's 20 seconds long. I hope there are more snippets of the encounter because I was expecting an end to end play unless they are going to do a play-by-play or something. We'll see.

Is there anything in recent history that changed the world more than the Iphone? Everyone, everywhere sits there on their iphone all day. All these people doing the same thing.

Glad they are doing this. Hope it has more info than before. As I’ve said all along I’ll reserve judgement until I see/hear more. So far just nit enough on either side

Wow. Interesting. Again, this tape doesn't show what was said of course but it's more towards Marriott's account. Mike did slap himself on the tape like Marriott said he did and the second employee did take a pic with Mike and then show Mike where the elevator was. Mike's witnesses were nowhere near to hear what was being said and weren't even looking at them most of the time. The woman did back up a few times and did a "no-like" motion with both hands twice. It looked defensive from her end. Sorry, debate the result of the disputed missing audio but this lawsuit is not going to result in anything.

This tape was clear as mud. So again I’m left with inot knowing much. Also Mike just said he talked to her about how she should watch his shows since she doesn’t know much about football. On the radio show to start he stated he didn’t remember talking to people. So no clue.

Edit: I zoomed in on their convo on the replay. Seemed direct. She did move back twice as he reached out toward her but overall there is no context

Marriott will pay. This is NOT sexual assault. And lets just say that Irvin was trying to pick her up using some sexual content. So what?

She didnt look offended and she clearly went to talk to him.

And I’ve been saying all along Irvin’s witnesses were nowhere near the actual incident, so when they said “everything was fine…looked normal” it was completely hollow and just more posturing for optics by his legal team.

The case is not about sexual assault. Never was. It was about a lewd comment. Mike said that himself on the radio interview. The tape is truer to what Marriott said happened physically and there's no audio.

Marriott said he sexually assaulted her. This completely disproves that.

Lewd comments are not a crime nor sexual assault.

They were speaking to expecting her to slap him after a comment or something physical. This case was never about something physical but I think Irvin's team knows that plays better to get people "outraged" so they made it about that despite Mike's own words that it was about something he said to the employee.

Sexual Harassment is what they said. Here's a link to a filing of their accusations. Find Sexual Assault in here and get back to me. Page 3 is where their account of the incident starts. Read it and compare it to the video and tell me that it doesn't more clearly match what they say.

Her body language says it all, her head goes back a couple of times which shows she was laughing at something he said and the fact she had her hands behind her back and kicked her foot forward shows me nothing was said to her that was insulting and when she was walking away, her head was towards Michael and saying something to Mike

Security was with her by that point. And what about those two "no-like" motions she did with her hands? She did back up several times as he moved forward too. What about that body language? That looks defensive to me.

The real point of this video is that it more matches Marriott's account than that of Irvin's lawyers or his witnesses, right down to the point of the 2nd employee taking a picture with Mike and then showing Mike the elevator at the end to which Irvin's lawyer today actually narrated. Does that huge point not deserve a mention? Or the fact that Irvin's lawyer says the woman's manager "grabbed her" at the end when he just told her to come with him. Let's not be selective here. Lol.
