If anyone has been paying attention, the Eagles are killing the NFL because they understand that its all won in the trenches. WE would be LUCKY to try to keep up with them. They get an A+++++++ for this first round draft.

Jason witten was a 3rd round TE. This is actually a decent TE draft class. Go out and get one in the second round

The thing is, Smith makes your defense better. I know one thing. I'm keeping McClay around until he gives me a reason to doubt him. I have no reason to doubt him.

They way I see it, they spent the pick on something they need and didn't waste a pick. He'll be a good player. He's just a run stuffer. And stopping the run on defense keeps our players off the field more. It's a nice investment, when you think hard about it.

I would guess TE is the next pick, but I'll stop guessing and see how they work.

That comment speaks volumes....Philly stole Goedert and Buffalo stole Kincaid. And we will also probably have the TCU or Purdue QB stolen from us later in the draft....you wait and see.

Then you missed the post draft press conference where there was clearly tension between Mccarthy and the Joneses.
