they definitely wanted Kincaid. That was obvious for anyone watching, Thank Buffalo for forcing them to finally invest in a DT.

The thing is, Smith makes your defense better. I know one thing. I'm keeping McClay around until he gives me a reason to doubt him. I have no reason to doubt him.

They way I see it, they spent the pick on something they need and didn't waste a pick. He'll be a good player. He's just a run stuffer. And stopping the run on defense keeps our players off the field more. It's a nice investment, when you think hard about it.

I would guess TE is the next pick, but I'll stop guessing and see how they work.

Not so sure they didn't want Kincaid, but hey sometimes good things happen by accident. Mazi bring what Cowboys fans have been pleading for, for years. A big body athletic dt. I think he'll step right in and be a key part of the rotation.

No they didn’t. That was the smoke screen. Kincaid makes zero sense. it was obvious to anyone watching the ruse worked. If they wanted a te they would have taken Mayer.

I guess you missed the 10 minute debate between Mccarthy, The Jones's, and Will Maclay after Buffalo jumped them and took Kincaid.
Then you missed the post draft press conference where there was clearly tension between Mccarthy and the Joneses.

They definitely wanted Kincaid. I will go a step further. Jerry was joking about where they had Mazi on their board and he kept saying 13 or 14 and looking at Mcclay. Will Mcclay kept smiling and didn't say anything.

I think they had Kincaid at 13 or 14 and Mcclay didn't want to correct him.

I say this as someone who is glad Buffalo jumped them and forced them to finally invest in a DT.
