Who's better than Micah, Diggs and Gilmore?

As much as i'm hoping, wishing, praying, dreaming, .....ok,ok....hoping.. that Gilmore is still at the top of his game and not another player the Cowboys should have gone after years earlier. He will be 33 at the start of the season and only is signed for 2023 for a reason. So i have to reserve judgment until at least i can see for myself. But if he is, then that is a formidable trio.

There are several good defensive trios in this league. The Cowboys are definitely included in that group. For the Cowboys it goes beyond those 3 players. I think that they have a good group going much deeper than that.

So no we do not look like the best D in the league

Based on last years stats. Gilmore, Mazi, Overshown added. Williams, Mukuamu, Clark, Cox, Bland all improving.

This is a different and better defense than last year. Book it!

I will believe it when I see it. There have been times when our D was supposed to be great the next year and it did not happen. After 2009 it was supposed to be excellent and wasn't.
We had a very good D in 2003 and slipped badly in 2004.

So until it is done it is all hype.

After losing Hargrave, I don't think Philly has a better top defensive trio than us.
