I think players only care about who's going to pay me.

If I were a HC, the Dallas job would be #32 on my list and I would go college before I took it.

Loyalty. It’s a tough thing in football. i’ve always said Jerry doesn’t mind spending the money. He just doesn’t know how to spend it.

I still remember the day when the Jets held a press conference announcing Belichick as their new head coach. And I remember seeing the news of Belichick quitting the next day to take over the Patriots.

Someone with Belichick's personality would be difficult for someone like Jones to sign on the dotted line.

Morale would only be affected if the coaching staff and team knew it. I think it is an agreement between Booger and Quinn and that's how he kept him.
