Are people really afraid of the Giants?

No it's not the Giants are not a contending team. This should be a game we dominate.
No, it shouldn’t be. Dallas might dominate but they might not too. The Giants are going to be a pretty good team this season regardless.

They had good enough coaching to go to the divisional round last season and they’ve improved on both sides of the ball. They’re going to be solid at worst.

The key will be stopping their QB from running for first downs. Jones converted about a million 3rd downs last year doing that crap.

Teams will be better prepared for that this season but they’ll still be good.

It's a division game and the Giants are definitely improving. This isn't the Judge/Garrett years along with that buffoon GM they had. I wish they all stuck around but unfortunately someone over there wisened up.

Giants are a well-coached team now. They're not going to roll over. The more talk we have that we will roll them, the more we tempt fate.

Before that little rata, Dennis Houston, signed with the Giants, I rolled 30-9 in an easy win. But I think it will be a little closer now.

COWBOYS 23 GIANTS 13

Giants signed Dennis and the Rojaskins signed Cox to be their little ratas.

I think massive improvement is pretty hyperbolic. They added a good TE. They still have a lot of holes in their secondary and OL that will be their downfall. But any team can beat anyone and Week 1 is always a mess.
I would stop short of saying they have massively improved as well. But when you have a very good head coach, the second year is usually the year it shows. I guess we’ll find out how good of a coach Daboll is this year. They could end up with the identical record they had a year ago and still be an approved team. The entire NFC East has a much harder schedule this year.
