I really don't know what to think about that game. Yep our defense is good but I already knew that. But blocked kicks and then all the turnovers going our way is weird. Great start to the season is what it is in the end though.

Marquese Bell is a really good player… and when I say he brings the lumber when he arrives at the ball carrier… I am probably understating things. He is a load and hits like a LB. Good Lord he gets there fast and in a bad mood.

He will be taking Kearse job if they let him walk

Why was Micah not credited for the Jones handling of the errant hike where he fell on the ball and Micah downed him?

I would assume he’s considered a runner and not a passer at that point so no sack. Might not have even gotten credit for a tackle if the official scorer decided Jones gave himself up.

Cowboys are legit, but that was also the case last year.

Are we better than the 49ers? Still maybe not.

A negative would be Deuce usage. Not a single snap until late in the 2nd half with the game out of hand. Wasting carries on stiffs like Dowdle and Turpin.

I mean, everything else besides the QB was fantastic but that disappointed me. Deuce should have a package for him that has him on the field in all quarters.

I was just thinking with that many things going our way, we should’ve won 60-0. The offense was pretty flat the first half.

This was objectively not a great game from Dak, especially considering it was a high volume of screens and quick outs and slants to get YAC. BUT the run game looked crazy good. All RBs looked primed a good to go. Tyler Smith will make even better.

I trust the passing game suffered from weather and that this was a rust shaking game

Only thing I can come up with is that they wanted to come away with some points. If it had been 40-7 I think they would have taken him out much earlier.
