News: TS: Micah Parsons Playing A New Position On Offense At Practice

Micah wanted on offense last year but Mike said he wasn't protecting the ball as well as he'd like

Could be a negotiating ploy,,, the team is trying to get him off the field to preserve him for the post-season and he's actually angling for more snaps on both sides of the ball. He'll back off and "settle" for 100% of the defensive snaps and a sprinkling of offensive snaps.

If he gets hurt running the ball MM would get death threats from fans.
Was going to say, I can already envision media and fans warming up their hands ready to pounce if anything were to go wrong.

Literally, the only way Micah has a fair shot at getting league MVP is to score a couple touchdowns on the offensive side of the ball……it’s not my rules,,,,,just the reality of the situation

hard to overcome that Qb bias of the voters

It would be crazy risking him to injury on offense. However, it might be worth the shot to allow him to pound the ball into the endzone from up close ala Refrigerator Perry.

It's a no from me. Can you imagine the backlash if he got injured on some gimmick play that derailed the entire season.......gives me the sweats just imagining that scenario.

I remember JJ Watt doing some goal line type tight end work a few years back.
He was pretty good at it.
Caught tds too.
