mr Biz---- oh man we cant be without Martin and Parsons.....Parsons should have been benched at halftime and maybe Martin too...no way we can beat SF if we lost both of them unless a miracle?
I don't argue that at all.

Head coach.

That was the most lopsided loss of Bill Bellichick's entire career as a head coach.
Is there a trophy for that? I expect to hear Jerry boasting about it in the next 48 hours. The Cowboys have finally won something. Such as it is.

Didn’t expect a 35 point margin of victory.

Gonna be a long week of me dealing with whiner fanzz at work.

Deuce is looking like a wasted pick
He's being misused IMO

His size (or lack of) is an issue. It was always going to be at the NFL level. But running him up the gut just doesn't work.

Pollard and Dowdle have 35-40lbs on him respectively. Aaron Jones is 5'9 but 210lbs. That added weight matters.

Give him a bit of space to let that burst kick in. You pitch it out wide or throw on a screen or wheel route maybe.

If they can't figure out how to use him better, then put him on the PS (if they can) b/c I'm sure another team will use him correctly

I just don't think this offense is good enough to come back from deficits. If the defense slips up and doesn't play great, it's going to be hard to win.
To beat Teams like the 49ers you have to be consistent in the red zone. The Eagles we have more of a chance at beating because we are division rivals and emotion plays into those games. Splitting with the Eagles won't surprise me. Winning next week will be a pleasant surprise.

It's less being misused and more the OL hasn't been opening much for him. When he has gotten in there, there's been a lot of downhill penetration by the defense.

Just because they’re struggling now in the red zone doesn’t mean they will the entire year. But CZ’ers are notorious for giving up at the drop of a dime so no surprise.

What score would have prevented you from channeling your inner Eeyore?

“We’re never gonna make it”.

Some people love to be miserable.

I can agree that they can improve this season. But at this point of the season the 49ers are the better team. That might not be true by the end of the season. But then we also have to factor in that the cowboys don't have the leadership to kick it into the gear needed for playoff level football. That is just the way I see it. I'm not into wishful thinking.

Homers posted it twice so I’ll post mine again.. Know what Jelen Hurts did today? Since all the homers say he’s over rated and Dak is better. Hurts stat line was 25/37 for 319 2 TD no int. With a rating of 112.3. Prob don’t care just like most on this forum are tired of the empty stats trying to tell us our eyes are deceiving us
Why the hell should we care what a Philly puke did? Most of us are not his fans. Most of us hate everything related to the E-Girls.

Great win.. and very enjoyable to watch but yet again we shouldn't use that as an excuse to ignore the things that aren't working and won't be enough against the better oppo we are likely to face in the next month.

Yet again, when the D can come up with 3+ turnovers and contribute 15 points directly.. not many teams are going to lose those games. This D bounced back and made it clear they are serious. However, they are going to need to do that against a good offence on a consistent basis if we are going to go deep this season. This team now 100% goes as the defence does. This offence is simply not good enough to ever bail out the defence. So we need to keep them healthy and we need to pray Quinn can keep them fired up.

Special teams was solid again today. The only role they need to play is no major stuff ups.. to then get a converted 2 point play.. and a nice return.. well that is just a bonus.

Offence was solid today but showed that it is really vulnerable. Dak is proficient.. that is what he is. I have said all season.. when he is not required to do too much then he could drive this bus to a superbowl. Today was another example. MM absolutely made it a point to throw the ball more to 'prove' he trusted Dak.. but that resulted in another 2 failed red zone appearances in the first half. Our only passing TD came on the back of some really special route running and line play by CeeDee and Dak executed a near perfect pass. However.. our offence in the first half contributed 2 FGs from 2 RZ trips.. and a long range TD after NE was forced into a defensive sub. In the meantime the D scored 15 points and kept NE to a FG.

The game was then over at half time. Impossible to judge the quality of the offence when not a lot was required at that point. We then turned to the run game and we saw Pollard make some really nice yards.. the only TD of the 2nd half was on the back of a pure run game. Yet again, even with the pressure off.. we saw another 2 RZ failures in the 2nd half.. that simply will not cut it against good teams.

So it isn't gloomy.. in fact it feels bloody good to be a cowboys fan right now.. but this offence has some serious gaps and we are demanding perfection from our D. Need to start getting our RZ playcalling and execution sorted out ASAP.

No on does care. Hurts is mediocre, at best. It’s all luck and officials favoring the Eagles. I’m sure of it. I’ve read it on many posts here. It must be true. He’s a “Philly puke”.
