Ok, can someone explain what exactly his play is here please? I think Klingsbury has said that he is further along than Mahomes was at the same stage. I would love to have this kid.
Considered a can't miss prospect. A once in a decade type. Has all the tools in spades

I don't get the Giants, terrible O-line and minimal/injury prone weapons.

That's not the way the draft works but he would be a great backup to sit and learn for a couple years.

He's going to a team that sucks.
Lol

If a miracle happens and he becomes a Cowboy, Dak is either traded or becomes the backup. Caleb starts immediately

I mean, I can understand wanting to throw to Ceedee, Adams, Deebo/Aiyuk, and Jefferson.

Why are the Giants on this list?

Rather take a chance on the other guy he played last week, Shadeur, as a bench project. Has more heart, and will cost a lot less.

Getting a NFL ready QB is a crap shoot. NO matter where you draft one. Even Mahomes was not really Mahomes at TTech. Went to the right NFL coach and system. The NFL is littered with number one draft picks just bouncing around the league looking for the right fit, but some may also just be over rated.

He is an awesome player, but does anyone else find it pretty strange that he thinks he can dictate to the NFL what team he will be going to? There has never been a QB prospect in history that has been quite this vocal about not playing if he isn't sent to the right team.

The only team he listed that really even has a shot at landing the #1 pick straight up is the Raiders. Does he actually think teams like Dallas and SF would even possibly be able to access the top pick?

Good choices by him and smart. After seeing many promising QB prospects go to incompetent teams and be ruined (ex. Justin Fields), I can't blame him for being very picky on where his future winds up.

What a dumb thing to say.

He can make more money as a USC quarterback? Start the investigation!

He can choose his own team? Attitude problem!

Entitlement isn't a leadership quality. He's already alienated 27 NFL teams.

He’s making more money at USC than he would as a top pick in the draft? Why would he ever want to leave USC then?

Seems like the NFL has serious competition from colleges now. I don’t follow college football any more.

OU fan here.

He's a good college quarterback, but I have serious doubts sir how he translates to the NFL.

Of course, most NFL quarterbacks suck these days, so he'd fit right in.
He’s insanely talented. Best prospect since Peyton
