I understand Dak isn't Tom Brady, but what was he looking at or trying to do? What's the thought process?

Martins guy IMO was the cause to scramble that far to the left. Smith got beat but regained positioning and shoved the DE(looks like Bosa) out of the pocket.

Receiver was open. Throw was inaccurate off the run. Simple as that.

He focused in on one receiver after feeling antsy and being flushed out of the pocket, the one with the longest unfolding route. He actually had four open receivers eventually. The dump off was available right away and Ferguson and the other receiver next to him were wide open but Dak focused on Cooks who was open too but he saw him a bit too late and didn’t have the accuracy to make the throw on the run without properly setting his feet.

He can't see the field. There are guys open underneath. Pollard, CeeDee, Ferg all could have got a 1st down.

I literally threw my hands in the air after that play. There is no explanation or justification for #4 and his decision making.
