Apparently both Dak & Lamb were not on board with McCarthy calling plays, preferred Kellen.

There is also apparently some tension between Dak/Lamb. #88's sideline demeanor has been bad the last two weeks.

Jesse has also gotten on #11 for his selfishness and not being a true leader in the locker room. They said things could implode if we lose to the Chargers.

Fans can say what they want, but the Cowboys had some real good offenses under Kellen Moore. I never had an issue with Moore. When he first arrived, we had an exciting fun offense to watch. Fans were so impressed they wanted Moore as the next HC. His first year as OC the Cowboys had the number one ranked offense. The offense dipped to number 14 during his second season in 2020 because we lost Dak for most of the season. That offense still ranked higher than the one we currently have that ranks 17th. In 2021 the Cowboys were ranked number one offensively once again. Dak was putting up big numbers and we were scoring a lot of points. The offense was explosive and created a lot of big plays.

We always had some issues in the redzone but nothing like what we’re seeing now with this new offense. It lacks explosiveness, and we make very few plays down the field. If we get behind by two scores, we can’t come back because we lack quick strike ability. All we do is dink and dunk. Our receivers are struggling to separate. Although Ferguson has been pretty good he’s not a great tight end. Tony Pollard hasn’t been as effective in his new role. He’s not breaking off many long runs. If the offense keeps going this way, we’ll finish somewhere in the mid-20s. We’ve taken a big step back with this new offense led by McCarthy and Schottenheimer. It’s looking like a big mistake. Currently the Chargers are ranked number five in offense under Kellen Moore.

Yeah, and their salaries were small and did not strangle the Cowboys ability to field great teams. Dak's upcoming salary is a large chunk of the available salary cap

You're probably right. Of all the Company Employees, he seems to walk that line more than the others. Not surprised though, he did get his start on a reality show. He knows the game.

Things have already imploded...any chance at winning the division and avoiding the Wildcard went out the window Sunday....a loss this Sunday makes ANY Philly match-up with us this season a mute point and sadly anti-climatic.
