I wouldn’t call Dak fast.

He absolutely should scramble more though. His legs can really bring an extra element to the offense if he is willing to use them more.

He is no gazelle but he should always take what the defense gives him. It does not necessary to get 15-20 yards. 5 - 10 yards are right there for him. Slide. Protect yourself. It's there. Take it.
