Game Day Dallas Cowboys at Los Angeles Chargers Postgame Thread

I talked a lot of **** about Dak last week, but he played with some real grit tonight getting nothing from the run game, the OL, or play calling. Went out and did it himself. This type of win is not sustainable though.

Was that a muffed punt or catch interference? They never addressed the fact that the defender also made contact with Turpin. I didn’t see if Turpin called a fair catch or not.

One thing is for sure, the bye week has to be spent getting Gallup phased out of this offense. Dak is what he is and there's no fixing him, but Gallup absolutely sucks. Either trade for Courtland Sutton or Thielen, or get Tolbert ready to go.

Is it just me or did Marquise Bell play better than Leighton Vander Esch? It’s just one game but damn.
Bell is going to be ineffective against a team that can pound the rock. He's just too small. Luckily, not a lot of teams can pound the rock...but any that can will expose this scheme. And then by the second half and 4th quarter, the defense will be exhausted from trying to stop the run so then they won't be able to pass rush either. Basically, that's how the Cards beat them.

AAAAAGGGHHH IT'S THE DEVIL! oh. that's kellen. my bad.

HORRID OFFICIATING .

***'EM !!!!
I’m happy for the win but something stinks about the officiating in a game that had a 1.5 point spread. These refs were not legitimate. There was something else at play. You will never find a call like that fair catch anywhere else. It was criminal no matter how many people claim he was blocked into the returner.

Great game from Dak. He overcame busted oline assignments and zero running game to still find a way to get it done.

The game was ugly but Dak was the best player we had on the field.

Please don't get so excited over this victory that you start thinking Dak extension....this would be the perfect time for him to do something stupid. Am I alone thinking this?
I'm not thinking Dak extension at all, just celebrating the W

If your own teammate gets blocked into you that's not fair catch interference. The rule is pretty clear if you actually read it.

Your teammate needs to know when to get out of the way.
Agreed, but when you have a hand shoving your head backwards it's hard to hold your balance
