This new Texas Coast Offense is starting to really hit its stride. Has been since week 4. It looks like Dak has a full grasp of it now. Dak was never the problem with the offense. The scheme was the issue. Predictable and too conservative. Many of us knew that it wasn’t the QB. Dak’s always been a top 5 QB talent. Now, he’s shut up the haters many of whom have totally disappeared. Give MM boukou credit for the changes he’s made.

Looking forward to this tough stretch coming up so the team can shut up the remaining haters. Still tons of them around.

I didn't realize it was just Dak out there and not 10 other players on offense helping him. I was hoping this thread was going to be about how the whole offense is working together because the offense IS doing quite well, but nope, that's not how it went.

Oh well, another 'Dak is the best' thread..... Nice click-bait title too

Well, Dak is the pillar whether the offense goes or not. So the OG poster is stating the obvious.
Dak is getting better understanding of what McCarthy wanted to get out there.
Let's hope they can continue to build :flagwave:

Right, but Rocky would be at the head of the line waiting to bash people who blame only Dak for failures. Apparently it's OK to give him all the credit, though, as if the rest of the offense doesn't exist and he's doing everything by himself..

The entire thing starts and ends with Dak.

Lets see how he does against better teams. SO far, its crushing bad teams and we ve been crushing most bad teams, lets see how it goes vs post season teams.

However, its been a good ride crushing bad teams, yet again.

No, Dak was part of the problem. A big reason he's been better is his willingness to run with the ball, whether scrambling to buy time or running for first downs. It seems to my eyes that he's been much better at leading his receivers and dropping dimes.

Yeah, Dak was definitely part of the problem. Glad he seems to have figured it out.

Timing is everything my friends, once Dak started to figure that out with CD maybe the light finally clicked in year 8, that is fine, I am a patient fan.

If it took this long for Dak than I will no longer complain, it means that he is finally starting to perform and connect with his receivers.

I anticipate now Daks 2nd and 3rd options and that is something that I never thought I would see Dak achieve.

This offense has the ability at the perfect time to come completely together just in time to enter post season, would that not be something Cowboys Fans?

The offense hitting its stride exactly when they entered the softest part of their schedule is mere coincidence.
I decided to leave that part alone. It's true, by the way. Rocky's going to be mad enough at us for pointing how he turned a thread about the offense into a Dak thread..

Pregnancy obviously agrees with Dak!

We completely changed our offense that last couple weeks.

LOL. This Dude...trolling us.

So...if they were using a less open playbook against the 49ers...who do we know is the actual better team?

Sure...49ers didnt use their zone defense against us...but it seems that neither team played to their full capability.

I have argued this relentlessly and everyone sidesteps it....but there are tons of posts reinforcing my assertion that Cowboys nor 49ers were playing with all their cards.

Which is it?

That and getting to celebrate by beating up on crappy teams. But whatever, these are still games you have to win to get to the post season.

It does.

So why doesn't Dak earn criticism? When deserved?

So recently everyone going well...dak desverves accolades.

When he doesn't or out team doesn't win....then what? Do you FIGHT for his earned scathing review?

9ers have proved three times they ARE...the better team.

They played with all their cards....better team....OBVIOUSLY.

When we have the nerve and the guts to beat them....we can be the better team.
