Hard to play from that many points down when the defense fails.
How many possessions did the offense have in the first half and only put 3 points on the board? Yes, the defense was terrible and they are the #1 reason for the loss yesterday, but that doesn't give the offense a free pass. They didn't do a damn thing to help the defense.

Do you know what time of possession is.? Cowboys had more passing yards than Buffalo,. You do know that there’s three aspects to football. Offense, defense, special teams. And only takes one not to show up to lose. Yesterday all three made mistakes. But that doesn’t fit your narrative.
Do you not realize that Dallas actually trailed Buffalo in passing yards until the last drive when Buffalo went into prevent and allowed Dallas to move the ball with ease? It was 31-3 and the game was over.

You go right ahead and keep promoting this awesome passing yardage statistic, but Dallas only overtook Buffalo after that last, garbage time drive. Keep pounding your chest if that makes you happy.

Offense Way too many 3 and outs. Defense not enough 3 and outs.
entire team sucked.

See, what is wrong with these kinds of posts is we can discuss stuff that really does not matter, you can't make sense out of nonsense.

There is no right or wrong. It was the rain...nobody likes to confess in a crowd. Everyone saw the game.

I really wish I could post a blues tune for this forum (Bad Influence Garage Blues Band) of mine because Reality went berserk on me and told me if I ever post another one of my songs, he will ban me for life.

I feel like doing just that...see if he follows through....because I need to get away from all y'all.

The Zone is so stupid.

We should all, collectively, realize we are idiot fans with the attention span of a fruit fly.

yes but do you really trust the jones boys to select the next qb?? I dont.
They dont trust themselves either ! Thats why they stay with dak, they know what they have in him and jerry likes that he is so talked about, it is good for the
circus.
When dallas loses, it isnt all daks fault, even if he has a not so good game, I usually see that it is on mike dan and other coaches, more than dak or the players.
Sometimes the players dont play good, it is because of the coaches, you know the ones that coach these guys up and come up with the plays and the game plans.
The players have to work with what the coaches give them.

Like parsons I dont think he liked his role in the game plan, and looked unhappy from the start , and he was a non factor in the game.
That tells me he wasnt used in the most effective manner,no innovation in the game plan at all, or the play designs.
Buffalo out coached mike and his guys bigtime in that game.

Against lesser teams the raw talent can overcome the other teams, but when the other team outcoaches your coaches it will look like that game.
I trust Will McClay.

LOL, so funny reading the comments now that Dak and the rest of the team sucked again. How can we be surprised on what happened? Told you all Buffalo and Allen are the type of teams Dallas has trouble with. And these are the kind you will see in the playoffs and have to beat. No contest, this is the worrisome part... get smacked in the mouth and go into hiding. These have been the kind of teams Dallas has had post Johnson era. Undisciplined, weak minded and eating the cheese soon as they get some positive clippings. And Dak is not as bad as he showed this week, but he ain't as great as you all built him up to be either. Said all along he is your average, bus driving, ordinary QB and certainly not worth franchise money. Extending him will be extending the misery. So put me down as not a happy camper.

Still a NO for me, even after that explosive offensive output from yesterday.

He did not have a good day. The defense had a worse day.
Yes, Dak wasn't the worst player out there. Also proved he wasn't the MVP of the league, because you would expect the MVP to do something. Questions remain about the big game. There is a difference between beating a good team when it is your division rival and beating a good team in December on the road.

Well, I think they are allowed an off day because if not for them, the team would really be bad. I think at one point the defense led the league in turnovers allowing Dak and the offense more opportunities. Now, when the defense has a bad day it should be "the leader of the team" on offense to pick it up, not drop his pants after getting hit a few times. It just had to be the rain because it can't be Dak, it has to be something else.
That the thing: People keep telling us he is top 5, the mvp, the best quarterback at this stretch of the game. Then they don't expect him to produce and instead come up with excuses. Flu was it this time?

Still a “no” from me. He has to win on the road against playoff teams. It just has to be done.

To be fair I’m not blaming Dak for the Bills game. He played at the same caliber as his teammates. They all sucked, but the concerning trend of Dak playing bad on the road is still there.

I think Dak is a good quarterback, I think if the offense was schemed more to get folks open and he had a bellcow running back he can get the job done.

Dak had a bad day and one could reasonably question his failure to take shots downfield rather than take the sack. But Dallas lost collectively - not because of Dak. A deep pick is a turnover - but so is a punt.

At this point I gotta ride with Dak until his contract expires, I'm not gonna overreact to the Bills loss. It was a complete team debacle, Dak played as bad as any other player wearing a star. Let's see how they respond next week in Miami.

I am still not happy with a QB who only is able to pad his stats against 2nd tier college defenses.

But i give him that: he looks great against them. Sad thing is, he is playing in the NFL now.
