If Philly wins out, it doesn’t matter if Dallas wins or loses this game, Dallas is the 5 seed.

If Dallas wins their Last Two Games (Detroit in Dallas is a huge boon), and Philly loses any remaining game, Dallas wins the division.

Winning or Losing to Miami has no impact on either scenario. MAYBE if you won, Strength of Victory Miraculously moves in your favor, but that was always unlikely.

no because Arizona is an NFC team. Philly then loses to 4 NFC and NYJ, whereas Dallas lost to Both Buffalo and Miami. So you have less NFC losses and win the conference tiebreaker
