My first question from here is that the average age of the starting units or the team accumulated average, full roster?

That will decline for Dallas, even, in the off season and new contracts are the order of business.

Their defense has a bunch of veterans which brings the average up quite a bit. They are still the youngest team in the NFL overall, however, I think most of the focus is on the age of their offense.

No, no. See. I’ve been told the Packers are the youngest team ever in human history, their youth is so amazing that it alone wins games for them, and they actually age backwards. In fact, when they fall behind, they collectively get younger and continue to get younger until their young enough to comeback and win.
