McCarthy and Dan Quinn need to go. My biggest issue with McCarthy is that the team, post-Garrett, still is one of the worst offenders in terms of penalties. That may be an IQ issue with the players, or a culture issue. But feel even a young coach won't fix that. It'll take a Vrabel, Bellichek, or Harbaugh guy to fix it.

Before this I thought that it would take a complete meltdown for him to lose his job. That has happened. Fire them all. McCarthy, DQ, and Fassell. Open competition in training camp at all positions

I feel like Quinn is going to take a HC position anyway. I think it depends on how committed Jerry is to Dak. May not want to change the offense 2 years in a row. OL and DL need to do more in the running game.
