It's also an occupational hazard of being a Dallas Cowboy. No team in sports has so many expectations heaped & projected upon them. I think it takes a certain type of guy - either as a QB or HC - to bear all that. Aikman and Johnson - with their assassin mentalities - could. I don't believe Dak & MM can.

Any team that is the number #2 seed division winner is expected to go further than one and done. Not just the Cowboys.

Jerry needs to set up a FO free of himself and Stephen. Of course, that won't happen. He can't tolerate the mere thought of doing so. He'd much rather fire a few coaches instead.

This. There needs to be some kind of checks and balances within the organization. Of course you'll never remove Jerry, and to be fair he's not all bad he does some good thing but there's noone there to check him on the detrimental things.
