Any coaching hire has to come with a change in Jerry's way of running the show. If it's a heavy handed iron fist type coach that will demand all players do their jobs or face the consequences, then let him do it. If it's another project coach so jer can meddle behind the scenes and coddle these millionaires and enhance their brand so he makes more money, im out. It's gotta be systemic change from top to bottom.
