Have you got a plan where we don’t extend Dak?If we extending Dak I don't even care what we do at coaching level

If this doesn’t happen then I quit!Belicheck is the only answer
I think that is the beginning. The problem is you have an old owner that thinks he can bring a championship to Dallas before he dies. Problems, Dak has a large cap value going into next season and he has to agree to be traded. Dak clearly can’t handle the pressure of a playoff game. Ground hog day. Same ending. CD Lamb is going to command a large salary as well as Parsons. You trade them your committed to a rebuild. You don’t resign any aging players; let them walk. The draft, let's start a rebuild
You shut your filthy mouth!....lolBring back Jason….
None like this. This is by far the worstHow many of these games of absolutely being embarrassed have we had since Jimmy was fired?
Jason Witten lolYou shut your filthy mouth!....lol
Isn't he a marine biologist?Frank Costanza
Can’t fire the owner so that’s not an optionDefinitely. Firing McCarthy will just be yet another fall guy for the owner. At the end of the day it will matter jack squat on the field.
What has he done without Brady?Belicheck is the only answer
I mean, give me a young, innovative coach.. Not even sure Hoodie is the right guy.Who do you want as the new HQ, DC and OC.
Yeah I don’t want Bill. He’s done.I mean, give me a young, innovative coach.. Not even sure Hoodie is the right guy.
Nice post. The HC needs a to be an alpha that can change the organization. Not just a coach. Like Bill or Jimmy.Harbaugh or Belichick. I don't think anyone else has the pull to change the culture in that locker room, and throughout the organization. The Cowboys are a bunch of undisciplined divas and won't win anything until someone comes in and takes control. A tyrant, like Jimmy. The QB and WR1 were at each other's throats in the first half. More stupid penalties. An unmotivated #2 seed with the talent to make a run. The problem isn't X's and O's, and that's on the coach.
Otherwise there's no point in parting ways with McCarthy. He's a top 10 coach with a great track record. His teams have been successful here and in GB. He's turned Dak into an MVP candidate. He coached the #1 offense in the league this year. He's a really good coach, but he isn't the guy to get this team over the hump.
Figured it would lighten it up some. You shut your filthy mouth!....lol
Plus he has worked under both Harbaughs!I vote for the DC from the Ravens, young coach, not a re-tread has the Ravens culture in his brain. No more fat re-treads please, that includes BB.
