It is the environment fostered by one Jerry Jones. It starts at the tippy top and worms it's way downward. Bought the lemons again this year and once again failed to make the lemonade. ^Team needs entire overhaul from the top but that ain't happening. The entire staff can go. No words need said just leave out with the security guy and don't look back and don't let the proverbial door hit you on the bazookas!
