The Chiefs struggling in the regular season is the only reason why Mahomes isn't an MVP candidate. Yet his performance in these playoffs with a Chiefs team many didn't think would even be in the AFCCG, makes a strong case for why he can or should be considered an NVP finalists.

I called this: Lamar has all the pressure on him, and he's playing like it.
Mahomes has been here SIX times, thrice in the Super Bowl.
A quarterback who can handle pressure when the big spotlights are on him is a dangerous creature.

This is a critical series. If the Chiefs score to go up 17, the Ravens offense is going to be Baltimore Toast.

you need to be able to throw the football consistently and lamar cannot do that. maybe that defense can save him, but it will be tough.
