I seem to recall in that last drive thinking CMC may have had his bell rung a couple times seeing the back of his head smash off the turf. Not sure if that was ever a factor but seeing Shanahan abandon the run isn't something really new is it?

This blew my mind. Did yall know the Niners are one their 3rd DC in 3 years?Thats right folks. They changed coord's 3 times in as many years. After a while 1 must ask if the issue isn't the DC but the HC. I think San Fran has an internal issue rearing its head and I think its Kyle Shanahan. Something is off there. Just an observation.

Maybe just MAYBE , he should have trusted Wilks and had faith in his ability to call the right D. I mean, they had held the Chiefs to not even 19 points at the time. I think he undermined Wilks cred and felt threatened by him.

That bum Kyle got his team to a couple of SB’s with 2 different QBs the past 4 years but because his defense can’t hold off one of the greatest QBs we’ve seen in decades, he’s getting bashed by our fan base that constantly lives in the moment. Shanahan‘s offenses have had the lead late in the three Super Bowls he’s been apart of. The defense does have a job too to make a stop. That falls on the DC.
