Put Micah on another organization with an actual winning culture and watch how quickly he 'becomes a leader'.

Somehow we haven't had leaders for 30 years in the organization and yet it's always blamed on the players.

Micah not being a leader is not news. It's basically what he and CeeDee Lamb both conceded on the podcast. This is dog bites man. And I was advocating trading Micah in the BEGINNING OF THE SEASON...yall just catching up to the issues I saw late in his 2nd year.

Bart Scott is an idiot. It’s been weeks and they are still saying stuff like this?
I get what you're saying, but you also have guys like DLaw, Lamb, and Parsons who continue to make headlines in the media between interviews, X, and podcasts. You can't say "we were tired" and expect the Bart Scotts of the world to get views by bringing that up for weeks. You can't be a CeeDee Lamb and talk about how many millions you're going to make. You can't be these guys talking about they need more accountability on the team when you're viewed as the leaders of the team and the ones who can make that happen. These guys continue to make headlines for the wrong reasons and it shows the immaturity of this team.

I wont question the talent of any of those guys I listed for one second, they are all three among the best in the league at their positions, but it's clear that the most vocal players on the team, and those with the most vocal families on the team need some serious development in the leadership category.

i do not think this team have 1 single good leader

player or coach

a good leader would not let the entire team not show up for a playoff game

i say it again….they did not show up at all for a home playoff game i do not want to hear any thing about how great of a leader dak or mccarthy or any one is because that is a joke

As if you wouldn't if the Devil backed up one of your "referee did no wrong" claims.
Well, unlike most of y'all, the Devil also knows what is and isn't a hold, including all the exceptions that dictate it not being called. Lol.

Bart Scott is a goofy but there is some truth in what he's saying. Micah needs to take a page from Dak and ****. Dude loves the attention too much. Just sit back, reflect and get better. Stop talking about it.

I am loving this offseason. Time to call out all of these frauds.

lol...he's a damn kid still. He has not grown or matured yet and they expect him to be a leader? That's like asking a Cub Scout to lead a Boy Scout troop. He is a pampered man child is all he is, plus he is annoying as hell. As good as he is playing football, I would try and ship his butt out of that locker room for some draft picks and draft some young men instead of a damn boy child.

Exactly. We are not in the locker room, but based on the results and the quotes coming from these guys the issue is pretty obvious.
I think they were just ready for the season to be over. Advancing past the wildcard round was never a goal, and this is a mindset that starts with the ownership.

As much as I want to argue that I can't. There was a lot of quit in that defense that day.

I am going to agree. Micah is not a leader. This is one of the problems with the Cowboys defense. They don't really have a leader. They don't have that guy right now.

I would argue they don't have that guy on offense either, although the players seem to respect Dak in that capacity.
Yes we do he's the guy that says all the right things and does the double fist pump before the drive to all his players
