Bs. You can be a good leader and still fail. I'm not saying he is a great leader. Personally I believe he has some great leadership qualities, HOWEVER great leaders hold people accountable. I dont think that is part of Daks game. He's well liked by all. A guy like Brady or Aikman had their fair share of enemies because they weren't afraid to call people out.
I get that you CAN fail. Depends onhow you look doing it.
We saw a bunch of others teams "fail" as well. Did they go down fighting? Even as bad as texans got beat....they fought from start to finish.

Oh...btw...i dont think dak HAS to be this great leader for us to win.

Eventually there’s going to be a knock down drag out between Scott and Parsons. Their feud is intensifying.

No sure, let me ask Kurt Warner and I'll get back to you.

By the way, did the defense give the Packers 14 points right out the gate leaving the defense on the field, again!
Right out of the gate? It was 7-0 packers.

And, what is your point? After that Dak gave them 14 points, right out the gate. Once the defense saw that, they must have said, screw it, we are tired of this mess, so they got tired.

Do you know what "Right out of the gate" means??? Your post is so inaccurate and laughable. What did the defense see when they gave the pack a 7-0 lead??? They saw stars.

Agree Micah is not a leader. Being sensitive is not the reason, it’s his reactions to being sensitive such as not being accountable when crap is not going well. Or griping about the refs when not getting sacks.

No one likes being criticized and most people are sensitive. It’s what you do when you are criticized. Do you step up and accept the responsibility, or bathe in excuses.

The difference between how Sean Lee or Witten used to act after losses vs Micah is embarrassingly different. Zach Martin is the closest thing to a leader this team has.
Dak puts on his big boy pants after a loss.

The leader I miss is Frederick. Smart, badass, and took the lead. Martin and Tyron lead by example, but that's not the same as having a vocal guy who talks sense.

I did not listen to that, what did they say about an injury? That's the first I've heard anything like that?
When Diggs was injured they started talking about it and he couldn't contain his smile. He was giggling about it and saying it's always something. It was actually SAS that stepped in initially to tell him how wrong that is. You just don't make light of season ending injuries especially, and from a former players to boot.

So you can’t be sensitive and be a leader? Interesting take. Hes gonna get nailed for this one with all the mental health advocates out there lol

Also. He still has a job after laughing at the Diggs injury?
No, the emotional development of a teenage facebook fan girl preludes one from being a leader.

Come on dude. You aren’t in the locker room, you don’t know this crap lol
Micah is the “Dak” of the defense. He’s all talk , lights up tomato can worthless teams and folds against better teams.

I just saw a brief clip of this podcast on another Stephen A. Smith segment, don’t even wan’t to listen to these clowns, but both CeeDee and Micah really on the defensive after their mom and brother called out Dak.. they say he is a “leader”, what he needs is “more leaders”, including themselves…

Like what does that even mean? Dak couldn’t read the field… Ain’t nothing a leader can do about it.. Micah got taken out the game.. ain’t nothing a leader can do about it..

Nah, don’t insult him like that. Defenses have to take into account his ability to rush the passer and he gets held like crazy. Dak on the other hand, nobody game plans for him like they do Dak..

What you saw against Green Bay was clear as day. This is a team that is completely devoid of leadership from the players. They are great guys. They are good friends. They are business partners and they are teammates. They are not killers. They are losers.

Dak is in YEAR 9 now.. Coaches are constantly having to dumb down the offense for him and make things easier. How exactly does that quantify as being a leader? Just accept the fact he’s the type of guy that runs the system.

We got 8 years of tape. They had to adjust once again mid-season. What they gonna this time? Run some more bunch formations.
