his resume is quite good. Just read it. Well respected in college and the NFL. Young, smart, and forward thinking. I like the hire. The league likes guys like him, and if he sticks around long enough, maybe we groom him to be the HC someday. I don't think we are looking for a passing game coord on defense. Effectively, I think Zimmer will be that guy. Thats a good thing. I kinda felt we had too many guys on the defensive staff. It looks like we got the hires right. Would I have loved Rex Ryan? Yes, but the staff as a whole looks really solid.
