What kind of GM/CEO would you prefer?

Something with the way we approach player acquisitions isn't always right, we love to be in the news and make money, but when it comes time to spend it, it's only on our guys or lower tier players. Please give your thoughts on this....

I want to see a GM bulk up both lines, use all reasonable cap space on Defense, run their tailback into the ground and then release him before having to pay him, same with WR's.

One like Ozzie Newsome was / is for Baltimore. He is still in their FO though in some capacity.

For the most part you have to build through the draft, then when you are close, you go all in, in free agency or trades to get over the top. You definitely need both.

Just go back and look how we did it the 90's.

Hershel Walker trade and picking Deion and Haley among others was huge.

Every team has the same number of draft picks. The weaker teams get higher picks to create parody. So how do you gain ground.

Find a way to get more picks. Have a higher success rate on drafting players than other teams. Stop gambling on injured players. Keep the players you like, but don't fall in love and over pay. Stop giving big money contracts to players recovering from injury. Can't be afraid to trade and replace when you have too. Seems like this alone would take a long process, so you have to go all in when you are close in free agency to get over the top.

One with a perfectly functioning brain who can have a sense of urgency realizing the windows on the team for present success and then able to also look two to three years into the future. Accepting accountability. Things you EXPECT from a competent GM. A great one is worth his/her weight in gold.
