After Tank Johnson and Pac Man, the Cowboys.have been snake bitten when it came to signing a bunch of big name free agents.

An absolute terrible start to free agency and I don't see how it can improve.

Maybe if we resign Tyron Smith it would at least not force us to take a Tackle in Round 1 or 2.
You forgot shame on Stephen Jones, shame on Eugenia Jones, shame on the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders, shame on Lash Larue

Shame on Dak? For what?
For not talking to Jerry (and vice versa's also true). Im sure there's a deal there, however, if (yes, big IF) France went in with the same attitude to the last negotiation, then this was never going to get sorted. Dak took: the money, the length of contract, no NTC and no-Franchise Tag.......we just cant afford that.....Dak would have to give something (even if it's on the years, to give Jerry the opportunity to manipulate the CAP hits).

Shame on Dak for this? Yeah......here we go. Dak a Fall Guy for the offseason now? I see why SAS makes fun of us.....he's reading the threads and posts.

Shame on any fan that's been following along that didn't see this coming.
Yep, it's also a shame that the GB game highlighted that this group of players and coaches (inc Run Defense, Secondary, Run game and Dak) arent as great at the business end of the season as they are vrs Giants/Commanders.

That's the problem, it's always someone else's fault. Not seeing his part in the problem is also a 'shame on us'. If Dak had performed in GB lose (when the pressure was on), you could make an argument that ALL-IN in 2024 is an option, however, with his performance along with serious holes in both sides of the run game (and even the DQ secondary) .....do you really think we are close to going ALL-IN?

That's the choice, ALL-IN in 2024, or reset for 2025 (which may well include Dak).

Is Dak the fall guy?
Nahhhhhhhhh no way man!!
Explain this and the 3 Niner losses while you're at it bud.

Spot on...... and the Dak problems follow a similar pattern, when the pressures on him as we trail. For us to stop that we need a whole new run defense (let alone support on Offense). I keep mentioning the Jimmie Ward quotes, but they're so pertinent..... good teams can get a lead, stop our run, run the clock down and watch Dak fold.
I suppose im adding Dak to the list because we need to spend too much to ensure we dont go behind because he just perform (yep, not all his fault) but SF x2 and GB, we lost and his ratings in those games were (69, 63 and 89....how much of that were gained in the second half garbage time would be shocking imo).

It boils down to Jerry and Stephen. Every stupidazz decision killed this team including overvaluing and overpaying their own players for years. 2024 really takes the cake on how atrocious these clowns really are. What’s weird is not a single word from anyone on this disaster! Not even the most die hard Jerry apologist could spin what they just did into some kind of positive.

Can't excuse that. But can you now show the holes Aaron Jones ran through or the routes that GB WRs ran to be so open?

I'm trying to figure out why Dak is linked to the Front Office buffoonery. Because he got market value or leverage? Run CD & Micah, run!! Jerry treating the base like we're at a fairground wondering why we can't knock down the pins (that are nailed) to win a prize.

It all depends on whether you think we're close enough to go ALL-IN in 2024....if you do, then sure blame the Jones. Me, I think the GB loss (following similar patterns to SF x2) indicates (taking into account we were probably losing two starting O-Line men) and an inability to get a deal with Dak (take suites the Cowboys and Dak), means resetting in 2024 and coming back with a decent CAP (for once), is a decent alternative.....especially as they dont have the fans luxury of looking no further than the upcoming season.
