Who could they possibly sign that could make anywhere switch from rebuild to reload?

There’s nobody left of any substance.
Not saying I'm expecting them to change my mind but Ill be open to it. Could be a trade option as well. Could also just be Jane Slater desperate for Twitter attention as the Cowboys have nothing to post about. We will see....

Partnership with Boeing
It would figure. Sort of like that year when we read articles hinting about some big surprise news announcement only to find out it was a partnership with bitcoin.

I've said this before, but Jerry and his dopey son are unable to think critically. He is a creature of habit and goes back to "what worked before" as a reason to make a decision. Combined with our inability to pay a free agent anything less than what we consider "a bargain" I think they are looking at trades again. It worked last offseason and they received a lot of positive feedback (which in Jerry's mind means cred as a "football guy"). Most importantly it is often a way to get a player at a discount from a salary perspective and thus in their simple minds the best way to improve the team. I expect a trade or two for a starting caliber player again.

That being said, please make it that we are signing Bobby Wagner

Given what has happened so far, any FA looking to win would be crazy to sign here. No way Wagner comes here now. Only FAs will be ones trying to rehab their image or returning from injury or on their last legs

This ‘news’ will likely be CD contract
