This was on Ticket yesterday. Maybe a look into what the Jones Boys are thinking in this dead free agency year?

- Weren't a lot of teams lining up for Tyron's services. Best offers and team situations were Cowboys and Jets.
- Tyron didn't know how to handle the spot he was in. Never been there. Felt like Cowboys were taking forever.
- Tyron thought Jets had all the pieces together to go all the way. Very complimentary about Aaron Rodgers.
- Tyron said way things were looking in Dallas, knew it was probably going to be Jets he went with.
- Jones Boys wanted Tyron and were offering money and were fighting with Jets. They're not rebuilding, and eliminating all vets, they just won't spend past certain amount no matter what.
- Ticket comments: With NO free agent movement yet, Ticket is wondering why Jones think they can draft almost all their picks as first year successful contributors, because it's what they need. Teams have to focus on role players too, not just the stars.
- Ticket comments: Cowboys figured out how to load manage Tyron last year and he was healthy all year. Jets just offered a lot of incentives. Cowboys could have competed. Cowboys will not pay over a certain amount no matter what. Ticket wondering if it's because Cowboys been burned so much in past on overpays?
- Ticket comments: This is weirdest offseason from Jones, no noise coming out at all. No surprise on not making splashes in FA, but just oddly silent. They are handing this half@$$ effort to McCarthy and Dak and telling them to win the Super Bowl or else. Ticket thinks Jones Boys realize they blew their window and opportunity last year but aren't acknowledging it.
