Most embarrassing moment for me : Realizing many years ago this owner will never learn nor change his stubborn commitment to being in charge of everything despite the decades long evidence he is incapable in the cap era of building a championship roster.
can you be more specific?

When the team gave up on national television in 2010 against the Packers. Especially since the entire offseason was everyone thinking we were a piece or two away from a Super Bowl appearance just to start out like we did and it all erupted against the Packers. The following days was just the entire nation mocking us and Phillips being fired.

Yep, When you realize the above, and know you are never going to have post season success as long as Jerry is in charge,
it can be quite depressing if you let it.

When Dak said in a press conference he had a Super Bowl Las Vegas themed man purse with the Louis Vitton LV initials on it.

I thought it would be interesting to hear from the fan base as to what was their personal most embarrassing moment as a Cowboys fan. here is 2 of mine

the playoff game vs SF where we couldn’t spike the ball in time and lost the playoff game

and the 44-0 beat down by the Bears at home.
The first SB loss to the Squealers.
Probably more painful and disappointing than embarrassing.
Now I am jaded and expect nothing from this team.

The freshest wounds hurt the most so it's hard to disagree with the early posts of SF and GB.

Watching on tv there’s a ton…watching live ? Week 14 2011 Sunday night football giants cowboys. Big game in nfc east, we lead 34-22 with 5 mins left. Would have went a long way for the division. Romo and Austin can’t connect on 3&5 with 2 mins left for a sure touchdown that would have sealed the game and gave us a 40-29 lead, instead we punt.

Eli marches down the field. Giants win 37-34. Flew from ct to Arlington for this pain.

What is sad is I started thinking of the best moments as a Cowboys fan in recent times and it’s the playoff victory over the Eagles win we knocked out McNabb. One of the greatest mimes ever. :thumbup:

I was there for this

Also at the stadium opener where Eli signed his name in the locker room

Also the Romo collarbone game - I believe it was the first time he broke it

The 1978 Super Bowl (XII). I got so drunk at a Super Bowl party at my brother's apartment. The 2nd half was a blur. I really wanted to watch the game!

My most embarrassing moment WAS this past year, when despite everything we've seen for this entire century so far, 90% of the Zany Zoners in here once again did their best Charlie Brown impression while Lucy is holding the football, and once again acted like NFL Royalty due to some fluff wins against cupcake teams in Sept and October, parading around like peacocks, talking about who they wanted to face in the SuperBowl, how every other team sucked, how Dak was a Top 3 QB, how THE REFS,....and even geeked out like fanboys when Micah STOPPED talking, and STARTING growling, prompting people in here to post....to ACTUALLY POST THESE CRINGY WORDS AND PUT THEOR NAME NEXT TO IT: "Good, I want our team walking around like a pride of lions, not talking, just eating raw meat and growling". After vomiting profusely from the cheesy lameness of that, I realized THAT was my new most embarrassing moment. These are the people who like the same team I do.

My new UPCOMING most embarrassing moment is when we go 3-1 in this upcoming September, and everyone in here does the exact same dam thing again.
